Assistant Professor Dr. Rawipha Akarajindanon has almost 10 years of experience in financial analysis. She started her career at the Human Resources Department of Sahabank Public Company Limited and was selected as an outstanding HR person in her second year with Sahabank Public Company Limited. She then gained experience in financial analysis and customer relationship building before joining the Credit Department of Phatra Thanakit Securities Company Limited before continuing her MBA (Marketing – English Program) at NIDA and receiving a scholarship from Sripatum University to pursue a doctorate degree at AIT in International Business.

From her past learnings and experiences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawipha Akarajindanon sees that technology plays an important role in changing the business world, especially in the Service Industry. Her doctoral dissertation, titled “Customer Response to Sales Force Automation in the Insurance Industry,” received the “The Runner-up Award for Dissertation Research,” a world-class dissertation competition organized by the American Marketing Association: AMA in Boston, USA. This award guarantees her expertise in the aforementioned body of knowledge, and she is the first and only Thai person to receive an award from this stage, up until now…

In addition, he has also received international professional marketer certification (Asia Pacific region) from the Certificate of Certified Professional Marketer (Asia Pacific), Asia Pacific Marketing Federation (APMF).
