Lecturer Ornis Saengthongsuk, Saturday-Sunday program coordinator, Faculty of Business Administration, Sripatum University, organized a special lecture under the project of learning with real people, real experiences in the subject BUS200, Ideal Graduates, honored by the distinguished speaker, Dr. Pawapan Siwarak, Business Development Manager / Business Planning and Development Manager, Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, to share knowledge and direct experience on the topic of “Management in the Digital Technology Era (Digital Transformation) and Keeping Customers’ Hearts with Proactive CRM” to students of the Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, both regular and special Saturday-Sunday programs at the Theater Room, 3rd floor, Building 11, Sripatum University, Bangkok (Bangkhen) on September 24, 2017. The students received very useful knowledge for working in the digital age.
