Business Administration students join the K-Expert Seedling Project by Kasikornbank.
The K-Expert Seedling Project is a training project for 3rd-4th year students from universities nationwide, regardless of their field of study or educational institution. The objective is to provide an opportunity for trainees to listen to knowledge and exchange ideas with lecturers who are experts in the bank and invited lecturers who are experts in various fields, covering knowledge in 4 areas according to the objectives: Knowledge of the financial institution system, Knowledge of investment, Marketing techniques to win the hearts of consumers, Catching the direction of the world and Thai economy in 2013, Enneagram: the science of understanding oneself and others, Money management techniques for those starting work, and Business ethics. The participants are divided into 15 groups of 10-12 people each to jointly design a business project under the concept of “Dream Business, Different and Perfect” to be outstanding and feasible. The executives of Kasikornbank Group act as judges based on marketing dimensions, plan feasibility, socially responsible business, and presentation format.
