Congratulations to Dr. Kalyarat Thirathanachaikul, Head of the Human Resource Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, for preparing teaching materials/teaching documents. The documents have been reviewed by experts in the specific field and have been revised according to the recommendations of experts. They can be used for teaching and applying for academic positions.
In this regard, Sripathum University, through the Center for Teaching Support and Development, has considered the preparation of the said document which complies with the conditions of Sripathum University Announcement No. 49/2009 on Guidelines and Budget to Promote Personnel Development (3.1.4.2). Therefore, a grant has been provided to Dr. Kalyarat Thiradhanachaikun who has prepared a teaching document on Organization Development.
