Currently, I work as a Digital Account Management Director for online advertising for Dai-ichi Kikaku (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a branch from Japan that has been in Thailand for 30 years this year, 2016. The company’s major client is Tri Petch Isuzu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and many other clients who trust the company to take care of them. In terms of online advertising, I work from thinking of concept ideas to planning to meet the needs and objectives of clients, such as Online Creative in presenting online video shooting of products, including online advertising in various media and producing Artwork for use in advertising, etc. The reason I chose this career was because I had been working online for more than 10 years. I had an opportunity from a company that saw my value in driving the company’s business in a direction that was popular and of interest. Online advertising has become a part of presenting current work, not just offline. The company has established a digital department to meet the needs of clients within the company just in time. In terms of applying the knowledge I have learned to my work, this was the perfect time for me to study at Sripatum University, where marketing is integrated into the curriculum. Gained knowledge such as studying SWOT / five forces_used in presenting work to customers in terms of marketing analysis in order to best meet customer needs, including managing the team under our command, which is in the customer care management section, which must divide work for subordinates to take care of customers, allocate working time, and plan work for the team in order to work as efficiently as possible.
