Studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting while working in this position has made me understand both the in-depth details and the overall picture of accounting. Originally, I had a question in my mind about why the accounting department has so many conditions and is not flexible, while the financial perspective can be adapted to meet the needs of the sales department. When I experienced it, I understood that it was a difference in perspective and the rules and regulations according to the accounting standards specified. Therefore, when I graduated, I was able to apply the knowledge and understanding from my studies to create a balance, not too tight, not too loose, and I firmly believe that I will be able to lead the organization to its goals faster than before.
