Effort never hurt anyone.

Hello, my name is Sergeant Suphachanya Kongying, nickname Phi Faeng. I graduated with a degree in Accounting from Sripatum University. I am currently working at the Department of Military Personnel, Department of Personnel, position at the Department of Military Personnel. My department is a government agency that operates on personnel matters, such as personnel adjustments and transfers, personnel rights, and personnel budgets, etc.
First of all, I have to say that before I became a civil servant, I was a real estate salesman. Because I like to talk a lot (mostly nonsense, lol). I really like service work. But my family wanted me to be a civil servant because they saw that it would cover my future in terms of healthcare and retirement benefits. Because I wanted to fulfill my parents’ dreams, I chose to take the exam at the Royal Thai Army Manpower Department for a civil servant position. When I started working, I cried every day because I didn’t talk at all. Except (555). When I arrived, I realized that working here requires a lot of coordination within and outside the organization because manpower work is about taking the best care possible and covering the families of the manpower. At first, I had to study and work. But because I had great seniors and supervisors who taught me the job in detail and were patient, and also supported and pushed me to work and bring out my abilities, I gained a lot of experience. After I had been working for 8 months, there was an announcement about the selection of sergeants or non-commissioned officers. So I applied for the exam again. This time, I was very determined. During the day, I worked hard. In the evening, I came back to read the work manual. I set my alarm clock at 4:30 a.m. every day to read books. Do this every day for 1 month and then my efforts made me successful. I always tell myself that we do not want to compete with anyone except ourselves. Also, coming to study in the Faculty of Accountancy at Sripatum University was my intention to study even though I had no background in accounting. However, the faculty and friends in the classroom helped me very much. Plus, my efforts in reviewing and being determined made me successful in my studies. I would like to tell all of you that effort never hurts anyone. It only depends on how hard we try. Currently, I am in the position of personnel and am a host of the Department of Personnel of the Royal Thai Army (I have said what I want, haha). Finally, I would like to ask all of you who are studying and following your dreams to keep fighting. I am rooting for you.
