It arose from our group going out to interview people at various cafés to gather information for the project. After the survey, our group found out that there were quite a few Thais who wanted to join the Au Pair program in Australia. So our group agreed to design the All Pains Café business to help meet the needs of this target group.
Target customer group
A group of customers who want to be an Au pair or live in Australia and need someone to help give advice and help prepare documents to be an Au pair.
What our store helps our target group
It is a shop that promotes and builds credibility in going to be an Au pair and living in Australia for customers. We will also be a middleman who contacts tour guides for customers to travel and arrange accommodation for customers as they wish. We also provide advice and recommendations on preparing documents to go as an Au pair in Australia. We can allow customers to book a room for consultation. We will have people with experience working in Australia to provide advice to customers, along with providing foreign insurance for customers.

We have used knowledge of costs to calculate how much investment our business should require to start up and have used knowledge of financial statements to calculate the income and expenses of the business to find out how much income and expenses our business has and how much profit (loss) it has so that we can predict the growth of the business and plan the future development of the business.
