Because August 7th of every year is Raphi Day.
Faculty of Law, Sripatum University, took students to lay wreaths at the monument of His Royal Highness Prince Rajburi Direkrit, the Father of Thai Law, in front of the Court of Justice building, Supreme Court, Ratchadamnoen Nai Road. 
Raphi Day, which falls on August 7 of every year, is the anniversary of his death. It is a day that the Thai legal community uses to commemorate him and his contributions to the Thai legal community. Therefore, we join together to preserve and pass on legal knowledge to the future.
