Hello, I’m Wengkwang Tae, or you can call me Jack. I’m currently a fourth year student in the Faculty of Information Technology, majoring in Computer Engineering, Sripatum University. Why study IT at SPU?
Phi Jack: Studying IT at SPU has clearly opened up new perspectives because here there are seniors who have experience and have achieved success in real life, who continuously give advice to juniors. And most importantly, SPU has professors who have direct experience and have been famous in the IT industry for a long time. I have gained both knowledge and experience at the same time.
That’s something I really like.
What qualities must an IT student have?
Phi Jack: I think that all IT kids are modern-minded and have the idea of making things easier by connecting everything together with the Internet. We’ve seen some of this already, such as the Internet of Things that we often see.
Both robots facilitate in many ways from developments that are specifically used in industry. In our daily lives, we are all starting to see that these things are important and indispensable. Therefore, I think that all IT kids are like Iron Man.
SPU is a safe zone for students.
Phi Jack: My impression of the IT faculty at SPU is that being here makes me feel like I’m at home because people here are like real brothers and sisters, giving me a warm feeling. When I have problems in university life, I can still consult with seniors and many professors who can give me good advice. This makes me very impressed to be in this house.
From senior to junior
Brother Jack: For those of you who want to come and study here, I would like to say that our success comes from our determination and goal setting. Whenever we feel too distracted by our surroundings, let’s go back to the first time we set out to do something and what our goal was.
