กิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม – จริยธรรม เพื่อพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพและเสริมสร้าง “จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู” อย่างสมบูรณ์
วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ดำเนินการจัด “กิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู” เพื่อยกระดับความตระหนักรู้ด้านคุณธรรมและจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูให้แก่คณาจารย์และผู้สนใจในสายวิชาชีพ โดยกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้เสร็จสิ้นลงอย่างงดงามและเต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงพัฒนา
มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับเกียรติจาก บาทหลวง ดร.ฉลองรัฐ สังขรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกุหลาบวิทยา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษาและการพัฒนาคุณธรรม–จริยธรรม มาเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ข้อคิด และแรงบันดาลใจที่มีคุณค่า ทั้งในด้านจริยธรรมการสอน การสร้างจิตสำนึกแห่งความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้เรียน ตลอดจนแนวปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพที่ครูยุคใหม่ควรยึดถือ
คำแนะนำและข้อคิดเห็นจากวิทยากร ล้วนเป็นพลังสำคัญที่ช่วยหล่อหลอมให้ผู้เข้าร่วมตระหนักถึงความหมายของการเป็น “แบบอย่างที่ดี” และสะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมในการพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพที่มีคุณภาพและจิตวิญญาณแห่งความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม
เพื่อให้ภารกิจด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูของมหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินไปอย่างมีทิศทาง มาตรฐาน และความยั่งยืน กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนเจตนารมณ์ของ SPU ในการสนับสนุน SDGs โดยเชื่อมโยงในประเด็นสำคัญดังนี้:
SDG 4: คุณภาพการศึกษา (Quality Education)
Target 4.7 – การส่งเสริมการศึกษาด้านคุณธรรม ความเป็นพลเมือง และค่านิยมแห่งความรับผิดชอบ
กิจกรรมมุ่งปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และการประพฤติตามจรรยาบรรณแก่ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างรากฐานของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีคุณภาพ สะท้อนการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้เรียนและสังคมตามเป้าหมายการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน

การส่งเสริมจริยธรรมและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูเป็นการพัฒนาสถาบันทางการศึกษาให้มีธรรมาภิบาล โปร่งใส และยึดมั่นในหลักคุณธรรม ตลอดจนสร้างบุคลากรที่เป็นแบบอย่างในการประกอบวิชาชีพอย่างถูกต้อง

การได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก เช่น บาทหลวง ดร.ฉลองรัฐ ช่วยเสริมพลังการเรียนรู้และสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา ชุมชน และสังคม เสริมบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูอย่างยั่งยืน
Sripatum University Organizes a Moral and Ethical Development Program to Advance Professional Teaching Standards and Foster a Complete “Teacher’s Spirit”
The Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University, organized the “Ethics, Morality, and Professional Conduct Enhancement Program for Teachers” with the aim of strengthening ethical awareness and fostering the true spirit of the teaching profession among faculty members and aspiring educators. The activity concluded gracefully, enriched with an atmosphere of meaningful learning and professional development.
Sripatum University had the honor of welcoming Rev. Dr. Chalongrat Sangkarat, Director of Kulap Wittaya School and a distinguished expert in education and moral–ethical development, as the keynote speaker. He imparted valuable knowledge, reflections, and inspiration—ranging from ethical teaching practices and instilling responsibility toward learners to professional standards that modern educators should uphold.
The insights and guidance shared by the speaker served as a powerful catalyst, encouraging participants to embrace the essence of being a “positive role model.” The activity also reflects the University’s unwavering commitment to cultivating professional educators who embody quality, integrity, and a profound sense of responsibility toward society.
