ศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาสุขภาวะ กลุ่มงานกิจการนักศึกษา และนักศึกษาชมรม Relax for your life เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “Sharing Workshop: Soul Connect Fest on Campus” ณ ชั้น 2 ห้อง 206A–B สสส.

SPU x ThaiHealth Connect Hearts and Build Learning Spaces for Student Well-being

Sripatum University (SPU) is strengthening a learning environment that values not only academic achievement but also self-awareness, emotional well-being, and meaningful relationships. In collaboration with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), SPU is advancing spiritual health learning to strengthen mechanisms that support student well-being.
On 4 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., student leaders from SPU’s Well-being Counseling Center, Student Affairs, together with members of the Relax for your life club, participated in “Sharing Workshop: Soul Connect Fest on Campus” at Rooms 206A–B, 2nd Floor, ThaiHealth. The workshop created an opportunity to exchange experiences and explore approaches to spiritual well-being with ThaiHealth and higher education networks.
The programme moved beyond conventional lectures. Participants exchanged perspectives on student mental well-being through Speed Dating, revisited the meaning of Spiritual Well-Being, shared experiences from Soul Connect Fest on Campus, and joined a Creative Festival to co-create activities. The afternoon focused on support from ThaiHealth and identifying practical next steps.
The programme also featured “Sharing from Come Back Home to Your Heart” by Pat Klear and experience sharing from Mahidol University’s Contemplative Education Center through Heal Jai Fest, broadening perspectives on how universities can create meaningful learning spaces that attend to students’ inner lives.
The initiative reflects SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, particularly 3.3 Collaborations and health services and 3.3.5 Mental health support for students, through student well-being support and learning processes. It also connects with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, particularly 17.2 Relationships to support the goals and 17.2.2 Cross sectoral dialogue about SDGs, through knowledge exchange involving ThaiHealth and higher education institutions.
A one-day workshop can become the starting point for something much larger: a university environment where students learn not only for their professions, but also for life—with spaces, relationships, and support that help them grow alongside others.
