SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being โดยเฉพาะ SDG 3.3 Collaborations and health services และ SDG 3.3.5 Mental health support for students ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับการเข้าถึงการสนับสนุนสุขภาพและสุขภาวะทางใจของนักศึกษา

SPU Center of Wellness Helps Communication Arts Students Navigate Healthcare Rights and Find Support for Both Physical and Mental Well-being

On 19 March 2026, Sripatum University’s Center of Wellness, led by Ajarn Wikanda Jiamsuk, Director of the Center of Wellness, organized a health education activity for Communication Arts students from student cohorts 66, 67 and 68 at the Bualuang Grand Room, 5th Floor, Building 1, Sripatum University.

A key focus was helping students understand how to transfer their National Health Security (Universal Coverage/Gold Card) entitlement, enabling them to navigate and access appropriate healthcare services. Students also received information about annual health check-ups and the importance of making regular health care part of everyday life.

The activity also introduced students to the Center of Wellness and its consultation services. More than simply providing information, the Center serves as a supportive space where students can be heard and seek guidance when concerns about study, daily life, or emotional well-being arise. This directly reflects SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, particularly SDG 3.3 Collaborations and health services and SDG 3.3.5 Mental health support for students, emphasizing accessible support for student health and mental well-being.

The initiative also connects with SDG 4: Quality Education through SDG 4.3 Lifelong learning measures, as students gain practical knowledge that can be applied to managing their health and well-being beyond the classroom.

By connecting knowledge of healthcare rights with self-care awareness, SPU is helping students see well-being not merely as something to address when problems arise, but as an essential life skill. Through accessible information, guidance, and a trusted space for support, the University continues to foster an environment where students can thrive physically and mentally throughout their educational journey.
