SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being โดยเฉพาะ SDG 3.3 Collaborations and health services และ SDG 3.3.2 Health outreach programmes ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่มหาวิทยาลัยนำไปสู่ชุมชน
SPU and Community Partners Deliver Health Services and Smiles through the Second “Happiness to the Community” Activity

Good health does not always have to begin in a hospital. Sometimes, it begins close to home when a university and professional partners bring care directly to the community.
On Saturday, 10 January 2026, the Wellness Counseling Center under the Student Affairs Division of Sripatum University (SPU), together with a health screening team from Nawamin Medical Center and a barber team from A Few Good Man Barber School, participated in the second “Happiness to the Community” activity and Children’s Day event at the Bang Bua Housing Community activity area in Bangkok.
The initiative transformed a community space into an accessible point of care and sharing. Health professionals provided community health services, including electrocardiogram (EKG) screening, while professional barbers offered haircuts to children and community members. Together, these services created greater convenience, meaningful interaction, and smiles across generations.
More than a one-day service activity, the initiative demonstrates how universities can help bring well-being closer to people’s everyday lives. It directly reflects SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, particularly SDG 3.3 Collaborations and health services and SDG 3.3.2 Health outreach programmes, emphasizing practical health promotion delivered beyond university boundaries.
Through collaboration and community engagement, SPU continues to connect people, professional expertise, and social needs—showing that meaningful impact can begin with something as simple as bringing useful care closer to where people live.
