1. Users must dress appropriately. Sandals, shorts, and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.

2. Users are required to present their University ID card each time they enter the Library.

3. Eating, drinking, smoking, gambling, and making loud noises are strictly prohibited within the Library premises.

4. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be set to silent mode at all times while in the Library.

5. Users must strictly comply with all Library regulations when using Library facilities and materials. The Library reserves the right to deny services to individuals who fail to comply with these regulations.

6. Borrowed materials must be returned on or before the due date. Overdue items will be subject to fines in accordance with the Library’s borrowing policies.

7. Users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws when copying or reproducing Library materials.

8. All Library materials must be properly checked out before leaving the Library. Users are required to cooperate with staff inspections if the security alarm is activated.

9. The Library shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
