The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) organized a press conference for “Thailand Research Expo 2013” on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Centara Grand Hotel and Bangkok Convention Center, Central World. In this event, NRCT invited Associate Professor Dr. Paiboon Panyacapo to join the press conference and present a model of an earthquake-resistant building, which is a research work on improving the building structure by reinforcing the brick walls with expanded metal mesh to make them earthquake-resistant, for the purpose of publicizing and disseminating knowledge to the media.
