PAIN POINT :

I wanted to go to a cafe but didn’t have an outfit to wear for taking photos that would match the shop’s decoration style or the theme of the festival. But I didn’t want to spend money on buying a new outfit because some outfits I bought could only be worn once or I didn’t have many chances to wear them. So we saw an opportunity to open a cafe that didn’t just have coffee but also had outfits for rent.

SOLUTION :

Opening a cafe with rental dresses, our shop’s dresses are popular among teenagers and have a cute princess feel. Our dresses will be changed every month so that customers can try on new dresses, allowing customers to choose dresses that meet their needs and save money by not having to buy dresses often to take photos. And for each festival, there will be special collections for that festival.

VALUE PROPOSITION

Customers do not have to spend extravagant money to buy new outfits, photo corners that change every month, and can wear the outfits as desired at a price cheaper than buying them yourself.

Business Model

How is our shop different and better than others? The difference of our shop is that when you come here, you can eat, take pictures, and shop. Why is this different? We created this shop from a Persona that we surveyed and found a problem for teenage girls and working people who want to go to a cafe and wear pretty clothes to take pictures and post them on social media to build their self-confidence. And it’s not just the clothes for rent that are the selling point. Our shop arranges the place for each festival to match the atmosphere of that festival more to create a new and realistic perspective for taking pictures.
