Flight simulation laboratory (Mock Up Room)
1. The CHECK-IN room consists of:
-Ticket check counter
– Passenger baggage weighing scale
-Chairs and tables for passengers to sit and wait
The purpose of this course is for students studying ALB222 Ground Passenger Services to be aware of the procedures for checking tickets, passports, border crossing documents (VISA), various travel documents, weighing passengers’ luggage, including the language used in conversations with passengers and helping to resolve problems in cases where passengers have travel problems, as well as coordinating with pilots and flight attendants in informing the number of passengers who will be traveling on that flight.
This is beneficial for students to know the details of their work after graduation.
2. The passenger room and kitchen on the aircraft (CABIN & GALLEY) consists of:
– 50 Economy Class passenger seats
– 2 sets of chairs for crew
-Emergency assistance equipment such as water fire extinguishers, foam fire extinguishers, equipment for service on the plane such as food cabinets, storage cabinets, etc.
The objective is to enable students studying ALB324 Flight Nutrition and Catering and ALB327 Flight Service to know the procedures for serving food and beverages to passengers, as well as the steps involved in producing food for serving to passengers on board.
Students know the details of their employment upon graduation.
3. Personality development room (GROOMING ROOM) consists of:
-The room is covered with glass on all sides.
-Table for checking makeup and hair style
The objective is to make students who study ALB113 Personality and Identity Development aware of proper dress, including make-up and hairdressing, before performing duties on an aircraft.
It is beneficial for students to know how to dress and behave when working.
