🌈 Thailand is one of the countries with hot and humid weather all year round. And when it’s summer, the weather gets even hotter, which can make many people feel uncomfortable and unhealthy. To help you cope with this summer in style, we have some useful tips for you, as follows:
1. Eat freshly cooked food 🫕 : Eating freshly cooked food is the best way to stay healthy in the summer. Unclean or undercooked food can be a source of bacteria and viruses that cause diseases such as diarrhea, food poisoning, and more. Cooking fresh food not only reduces the risk of infection but also provides the body with complete and beneficial nutrients.
2. Maintain a balanced body temperature🌡: A balanced body temperature is important for keeping us comfortable in the summer. You can maintain a balanced body temperature by avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and wearing lightweight, breathable clothing. You should also rest in the shade or in an air-conditioned area when you feel too hot.
3. Sip water throughout the day 🫗 : Drinking enough water is important to maintain your body’s hydration. You should drink water regularly and sip water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Drinking cold water also helps to lower your body temperature and makes you feel more refreshed. However, you should avoid caffeinated and alcoholic drinks, as these can make your body more dehydrated.
4. Wear breathable clothing 👕 : Choosing breathable clothing is a great way to reduce body heat. You should choose clothing made of cotton or other breathable materials so that heat and sweat can be effectively drained. You should also wear light-colored clothing, as light colors reflect light and heat better than dark colors.
5. Avoid exercising outdoors 🧘‍♂️ : During the summer, you should avoid exercising outdoors during hot weather, such as midday or afternoon. If you want to exercise, choose a time when the weather is cooler, such as early morning or evening. You can also exercise indoors or in an air-conditioned place to reduce body heat.
👒 This summer, prepare for the heat in style by following these tips so you can enjoy the season in a healthier and more comfortable way.
