Dr. Monticha Kreuasuwan, Dean of the College of Tourism and Hospitality, Sripatum University, and Mr. Sala Yaemklin, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, joined in learning about the King’s science in the 7th Following the King’s Footsteps Project at Ban Ang Et Community, Chanthaburi Province, on September 13-14, 2019.
Organized by the Virtue Center (Public Organization), Clean Thailand Foundation, Knowledge Management and Development Office (Public Organization), Equitable Education Fund (EEF), Chaipattana Foundation, Tip Insurance, and Dharma Dee Foundation, with the aim of lighting a fire for teachers, who are the nation’s teachers, to absorb the King’s philosophy in thinking and making the impossible possible, and to experience the true Sufficiency Economy from the way of life of local scholars and people in the community.
With interesting activities and inserting the 4 virtues: sufficiency, discipline, honesty, and volunteerism, along with activities to decode the genius of King Rama IX, which gave rise to more than 4,741 royal initiative projects throughout his 70-year reign.
