SPU Afternoon Tea with Bakery Kids, Good for the Heart
The atmosphere of Afternoon Tea and eating snacks to relax in a very chic atmosphere.
Within Sripathum University, there are 4 types of tea shops with 4 styles, made by Sripathum University students who make pastries and make tea.
Activities in the HMT324 course: Coffee and Bakery Business Management and Operation that encourage students to demonstrate their potential.
Including the integration of all knowledge that has been learned to apply in actual practice to provide real services.
By creating creative works from the beginning to the end of the process, namely designing the menu, looking at the cost, and setting the selling price.
Make pastries and tea, sell cards, provide customer service, and listen to customer feedback, just like you are a real bakery owner.
