Field trip to the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, which displays the Queen’s dresses.
Students of Tourism Management, College of Tourism and Hospitality, Sripatum University, visited the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, which exhibits Her Majesty the Queen’s dresses, including Thai silk dresses worn by Her Majesty during her visits to build friendly relations with other countries, which were tailored by Thai and foreign designers. In addition to being a source of knowledge about Thai textiles, the museum is also a center for collecting and preserving Thai textiles and related documents, as well as exhibiting valuable handicrafts from both the royal court and local textiles from various areas, in order to preserve and preserve valuable cultural treasures forever.
This is another activity in the teaching of TMT334, Historical and Cultural Tourism Management, which encourages students to learn from real people and gain real experiences.
