This “Wings to Success” pin-dressing ceremony is organized by Sripatum University to stimulate and instill professional awareness in students and inspire students studying in the aviation business field to change in the right direction in terms of both external and internal personality, to act in accordance with professional ethics, and to be a good role model for younger students. It also creates pride in being a team in their professional roles. In addition, students will have the opportunity to travel as tourists on domestic airlines to participate in the full-service aviation business process, allowing them to gain direct experience, understand service work, know themselves, and have professional expectations. This is one example of many activities that many state and private higher education institutions use as activities to develop student potential.
