The customer is throwing tantrums..what should we do? Students of the Aviation Business Program, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sripatum University, were given a tough lesson on “How to provide service that will impress customers.” The purpose was to enhance customer service skills and to resolve situations in which customers complain or are not satisfied, turning them into something that will impress. The lecture was given by Ms. Ma Ornapa Krisadee on Friday, May 30, 2014 at Auditorium 1, 14th floor, 40th Anniversary Building, Sripatum University.
