Work experience
Working at the Special Services Division, I am responsible for facilitating passengers who need special assistance, such as wheelchair passengers, passengers traveling alone who ask for assistance, mothers and children passengers. In order to facilitate the smooth operation of each department, I am proud to be able to help passengers and have a lot of fun working.
Tips for Studying and Working in Airlines
Working in airlines or any service work, the first thing that is essential is to have a passion for service work, be patient, and punctual. Apart from studying theory in the classroom, in practice we start with ourselves, training ourselves regularly, such as studying additional languages, practicing personality development, sitting, standing, and various social etiquette. When applying for a job with an airline, you will be someone who is ready in both theory and practice.
