I am impressed by all personnel of Sripatum University, including all teachers, staff, and housekeepers, as well as various places within the walls of Sripatum University. Everything comes together to provide a good experience, whether it is knowledge in the classroom, real work experience, or assistance in every matter. It can be said that this is a university with a very good teaching atmosphere.
Applying knowledge to a career
After graduating, I worked at Wingspan Services Co., Ltd., a company that supports Thai Airways’ operations in terms of personnel recruitment. I worked there for 2 years and applied the knowledge I learned at Sripatum University to my work, whether it was ground service or in-flight service. Sripatum University has a modern aircraft mock-up, allowing students to learn about real work and learn from real gurus in the airline business, whether it was personality development, in-flight service, ground service, airline ticket booking, in-flight meal preparation, etc. These things will be taught by teachers who are experts in those fields, giving us real knowledge and experience that we can confidently apply to our work.
Problems and obstacles encountered in work and how to solve them
For the problem, it would be about time management because Plai is studying and working at the same time. She tries to divide her time well, both studying, doing activities, and working. If we can manage our time well, the problems will pass well. In addition, it is about adjusting to working with other people. But for Plai, there is no problem with this because while studying, she did activities with the university, which helped her to adjust to other people easily. And other things besides this also gave her more experience.
Message to the youngsters
I would like to encourage students who are interested in studying aviation business to come and study at Sripatum University because here you will get real experiences from real people, whether it is internships or study abroad. We have organized this from the time you are studying. For students who are about to graduate from Sripatum University, I would like them to practice good time management. If you have free time, try doing many activities. There are many activities at Sripatum University to choose from, such as working at the media center. Students will practice their Thai language skills so that they can speak more clearly. They will also learn about teamwork. When you graduate, you will know that teamwork is very important. If you practice these things while studying at university, it will help you work more efficiently.
