Impressions of SPU
Sripatum University answered what I wanted: I wanted to be a steward, so I chose to study aviation business. Everything I learned was something I could confidently apply to my work because during my studies, I practiced real work, both in Mock Up and on a real airplane, taught by professors with real experience. It means that I studied everything in depth, both in theory and practice, giving me wider opportunities than those who studied other fields because I was ready to start working right away.
Applying knowledge to a career
You can take the knowledge you have learned and put it into practice right away. You don’t have to lay the foundation again because Sripatum University teaches us to learn more than just the basics. Here, we are taught to be professionals even before we graduate.
Problems and obstacles encountered in work and how to solve them
The problem with Load Control is the weight management of the aircraft. The Department of Aviation Business at Sripatum University teaches about flying, transportation, and also the calculation of aircraft weight. When working in this field, the knowledge gained from the study can be clearly applied, such as calculating the weight of the aircraft to create balance so that the aircraft can take off. If there is no balance, the captain cannot take off.
Message to the youngsters
Clarity may not be based on the faculty we want to study. “Want to study” and the word “yes” may not match. The word “yes” may come after we finish studying, or “yes” may come from the time we start studying at the faculty. That is, we have to learn. We will know what is right for us.
