Sripatum University’s Office of Academic Affairs Organizes Training on the Lecturer Teaching Check-in System to Enhance Academic Administration through Digital Technology in Alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals
The Office of Academic Affairs, Sripatum University, organized a training session on the use of the lecturer teaching check-in system to promote a shared understanding of system usage and ensure consistent operational practices across relevant units. The system has been developed to support the management of lecturers’ teaching attendance records, workload and mission planning, and the linkage of relevant data to the compensation disbursement process in a systematic manner.
The training aimed to enable faculties, colleges, and relevant personnel to use the system accurately, reduce data discrepancies, improve the efficiency of monitoring teaching-related operations, and support lecturer workload management based on verifiable data.
The development of the lecturer teaching check-in system represents part of Sripatum University’s effort to enhance academic administration through digital technology. The initiative emphasizes the use of data to support educational quality, operational transparency, and more efficient internal management.
This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by supporting an efficient system for managing teaching and learning operations; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by promoting systematic management of lecturer workload and compensation; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, by applying digital systems to strengthen academic administrative infrastructure; and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, by fostering effective, transparent, and accountable institutional operations.
The Office of Academic Affairs, Sripatum University, will utilize the information and feedback obtained from the training to further improve work processes in collaboration with relevant units. This will enable the system to effectively support the University’s operations and respond to the needs of sustainable academic administration in the digital era.

สำนักงานวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดอบรมการใช้งานระบบเช็กอินเข้าสอนของอาจารย์ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในการใช้งานระบบและแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยระบบดังกล่าวได้รับการพัฒนาเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลการเข้าสอนของอาจารย์ การจัดทำพันธกิจ ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลไปสู่กระบวนการเบิกค่าตอบแทนอย่างเป็นระบบ
การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้คณะ/วิทยาลัย และผู้เกี่ยวข้องสามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง ลดความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูล เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการติดตามการจัดการเรียนการสอน และสนับสนุนการบริหารภาระงานอาจารย์บนฐานข้อมูลที่ตรวจสอบได้
การพัฒนาระบบเช็กอินเข้าสอนนับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการยกระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยมุ่งเน้นการใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนคุณภาพการศึกษา ความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงาน และการบริหารจัดการภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน หรือ Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs โดยเฉพาะ SDG 4 การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ผ่านการสนับสนุนระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ, SDG 8 การส่งเสริมการทำงานที่มีคุณค่า ผ่านการบริหารภาระงานและค่าตอบแทนอาจารย์อย่างเป็นระบบ, SDG 9 การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและนวัตกรรม ผ่านการใช้ระบบดิจิทัลในการบริหารงานวิชาการ และ SDG 16 การสร้างสถาบันที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้
สำนักงานวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จะนำข้อมูลและข้อเสนอแนะจากการอบรมไปใช้ในการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบโจทย์การบริหารจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน
