SPU Advances ASEAN–India Collaboration on Human-Centric AI in Higher Education at GUAF 2025 & TeachEd
Dr. Vorasuang Duangchinda, representing the ASEAN University Network (AUN) and Sripatum University (SPU), participated in the Global University Association Forum (GUAF) Meeting 2025 and the Tech4Ed International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Education & Skill held in New Delhi, India. The forum gathered leaders from university associations, higher education institutions and policymaking bodies worldwide to discuss the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into global higher education systems.
During the event, Dr. Vorasuang highlighted ASEAN’s shared vision for “human-centric AI” under the ASEAN–India collaborative framework. He emphasized AUN’s role in developing regional digital standards, strengthening university networks and expanding technology-enabled learning opportunities. These priorities align strongly with SDG 4, particularly in advancing lifelong learning, enhancing teaching quality and building modern, inclusive education systems.
The discussions also underscored the importance of SDG 9 through innovation in large-scale EdTech systems, AI-driven personalized learning and digital solutions designed to equip future graduates with emerging skills essential for the evolving global workforce.
One of the key outcomes of GUAF 2025 was the strengthening of regional partnerships between AUN and leading institutions in India in alignment with SDG 17. Collaborative action areas include co-developed online courses and micro-credentials, joint AI-in-education research, integrated digital learning platforms and regular policy-dialogue mechanisms that promote inclusive access to educational innovation across universities of all sizes.
SPU’s active participation in this high-level international forum reinforces the university’s commitment to driving digital transformation, promoting ethical and responsible AI adoption and advancing sustainable educational development through global partnerships.
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมร่วมขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมืออาเซียน–อินเดียด้าน AI เพื่อการศึกษา ในการประชุม GUAF 2025 & TeacEd
ดร.วรสรวง ดวงจินดา ผู้แทนจากเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยอาเซียน (AUN) และตัวแทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม เข้าร่วมการประชุมออนไลน์ Global University Association Forum (GUAF) Meeting 2025 และงาน Tech4Ed International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Education & Skill โดยถูกจัดขึ้น ณ กรุงนิวเดลี ประเทศอินเดีย ซึ่งนับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวมตัวผู้นำสมาคมมหาวิทยาลัย หน่วยงานด้านการศึกษา และผู้กำหนดนโยบายจากนานาประเทศ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และกำหนดทิศทางการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในระบบอุดมศึกษาอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ
ภายในเวทีประชุม ดร.วรสรวง ได้ถ่ายทอดมุมมองเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ของอาเซียนต่อ “AI ที่มีมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลาง” พร้อมเน้นย้ำบทบาทของ AUN ในการพัฒนามาตรฐานดิจิทัล การเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัย และการขยายโอกาสการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับ SDG 4 ด้านคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาสมัยใหม่ให้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยี
การประชุมยังให้ความสำคัญกับบทบาทของ SDG 9 ผ่านการนำเสนอเทคโนโลยี EdTech ขนาดใหญ่ การใช้ AI เพื่อยกระดับการเรียนรู้แบบปรับให้เหมาะกับผู้เรียน (personalized learning) ตลอดจนแนวคิดการเตรียมบัณฑิตให้มีทักษะแห่งอนาคต ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเป้าประสงค์สำคัญของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั่วโลก
ผลลัพธ์สำคัญของ GUAF 2025 คือการยกระดับความร่วมมือระหว่าง AUN และสถาบันพันธมิตรในอินเดียให้มีความชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น ภายใต้ SDG 17 โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์และ micro-credentials ร่วมกัน การวิจัยด้าน AI เพื่อการศึกษา การสร้างแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลองค์รวม และการจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนนโยบายที่สนับสนุนการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีอย่างเท่าเทียม
การเข้าร่วมของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมในเวทีระดับนานาชาตินี้ สะท้อนบทบาทเชิงรุกในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านดิจิทัล การส่งเสริมจริยธรรมการใช้ AI และการร่วมสร้างระบบนิเวศการศึกษาแบบยั่งยืน ตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกับนานาประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง
