Powered by the University’s Business Intelligence (BI) platform and the Sripatum Campus Management Systems (SCMS), SPU visualises graduation outcomes by gender across cohorts and programmes. These views help faculties quickly spot signals of a gap and coordinate timely support. When the data indicate risk, Student Affairs and faculties activate mentoring, tutoring and advising clinics, and they track the impact through the same BI views. By centring decisions on trusted data rather than assumptions, SPU directs resources to students who need them most and monitors improvement over time—without disclosing sensitive figures.
