From application to entry, Sripatum University (SPU) now follows every step that matters for women’s access—turning data into timely action.
SPU systematically measures women’s application and acceptance/entry rates across all faculties via the Student and Curriculum Management System (SCMS) and a public-facing Business Intelligence dashboard. Admissions data (with gender fields) flows from SCMS to interactive views disaggregated by faculty, programme, intake, and study mode. The Office of Admissions and Institutional Research conduct monthly completeness checks and trend reviews, triggering targeted responses—such as tailored outreach, briefing sessions, and bursary signposts—when participation gaps appear. This end-to-end pipeline provides auditable evidence that women’s access is tracked, reported, and acted upon, ensuring decisions are grounded in real-time metrics rather than assumptions.
By making gender data visible and actionable, SPU turns monitoring into momentum—so more women apply, are accepted, and ultimately enter university.
