A clear policy can be a catalyst. At Sripatum University (SPU), it is the engine that turns intent into hundreds of real opportunities for people beyond the campus.
SPU’s university-wide Lifelong Learning Access Policy guarantees non-discriminatory access for the public and directs every unit to remove barriers, advertise openly, and monitor participation. The result is delivery at scale. The School of Entrepreneurship runs hands-on AI pedagogy for schoolteachers and local education offices, equipping educators to redesign learning with responsible AI. The School of Accountancy opens continuing professional development to alumni and the public—covering financial reporting, digital auditing, data analytics, taxation, and AI in accounting—through free and low-cost online formats. SPU also extends access across borders through online AI-in-Accounting training with partners in Laos. Doctoral and staff research workshops build analytical skills (e.g., PLS-SEM) and evidence-based practice. Together, these recurring, well-documented activities show how a living policy generates inclusive, practical learning for communities and professionals.

นโยบายการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของ SPU ขับเคลื่อนจริง: จากการยกระดับทักษะ AI สู่ CPD ข้ามพรมแดน
นโยบายที่ชัดเจนคือเครื่องเร่งการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) นโยบายนี้คือ “เครื่องยนต์” ที่แปลงเจตนารมณ์ให้เป็นโอกาสการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมจำนวนมาก
นโยบายการเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของ SPU กำหนดให้ประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าถึงอย่างไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ และมอบหมายให้ทุกหน่วยงาน “ลดอุปสรรค-ประชาสัมพันธ์-ติดตามผล” เพื่อให้เกิดผลจริง จึงเห็นการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง: คณะการสร้างเจ้าของธุรกิจจัดเวิร์กชอป AI สำหรับครูและหน่วยงานการศึกษา ยกระดับการออกแบบการสอนด้วย AI อย่างรับผิดชอบ คณะบัญชีเปิด CPD สำหรับศิษย์เก่าและสาธารณะทั้งฟรีและราคาย่อมเยา ครอบคลุมมาตรฐานการรายงาน ระบบดิจิทัล ดาต้าอนาไลติกส์ ภาษี และ AI ในสายวิชาชีพ พร้อมขยายโอกาส “ข้ามพรมแดน” ผ่านการอบรมออนไลน์ร่วมกับ สปป.ลาว อีกทั้งเวิร์กชอปวิจัยระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต/บุคลากร (เช่น PLS-SEM) เสริมสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการปฏิบัติบนฐานหลักฐาน ทั้งหมดนี้สะท้อน “นโยบายที่มีชีวิต” ที่สร้างการเรียนรู้ที่เปิดกว้างและใช้ได้จริงให้ชุมชนและวิชาชีพ
