From the first click on the application form to campus leadership roles, Sripatum University (SPU) ensures women have clear, bias-free pathways to enter, belong, and thrive.
SPU publicly maintains a university-wide policy that guarantees gender-neutral admissions language and processes, equitable entry/registration, and fair participation in academic and co-curricular life. Owned by Admissions and Student Affairs, the policy mandates targeted outreach to prospective female students—especially in under-represented fields—transparent scholarship and fee-support communications, mentoring, and complaint/repair routes with named owners. Implementation is tracked via gender-disaggregated dashboards for applications, offers, entry, and participation. First issued in 2023, the next full revision is scheduled for 2026 to maintain continuous improvement. On the ground, faculties actively showcase inclusive learning environments, with events and workshops that highlight women’s voices and participation, providing vivid evidence of the policy in action across SPU.
With clear rules, visible ownership, and real campus practice, SPU turns commitment into outcomes—making entry fair, participation safe, and leadership attainable for women.

นโยบายที่ชัดเจนคือเครื่องเร่งการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) นโยบายนี้คือ “เครื่องยนต์” ที่แปลงเจตนารมณ์ให้เป็นโอกาสการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมจำนวนมาก
นโยบายการเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของ SPU กำหนดให้ประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าถึงอย่างไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ และมอบหมายให้ทุกหน่วยงาน “ลดอุปสรรค-ประชาสัมพันธ์-ติดตามผล” เพื่อให้เกิดผลจริง จึงเห็นการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง: คณะการสร้างเจ้าของธุรกิจจัดเวิร์กชอป AI สำหรับครูและหน่วยงานการศึกษา ยกระดับการออกแบบการสอนด้วย AI อย่างรับผิดชอบ คณะบัญชีเปิด CPD สำหรับศิษย์เก่าและสาธารณะทั้งฟรีและราคาย่อมเยา ครอบคลุมมาตรฐานการรายงาน ระบบดิจิทัล ดาต้าอนาไลติกส์ ภาษี และ AI ในสายวิชาชีพ พร้อมขยายโอกาส “ข้ามพรมแดน” ผ่านการอบรมออนไลน์ร่วมกับ สปป.ลาว อีกทั้งเวิร์กชอปวิจัยระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต/บุคลากร (เช่น PLS-SEM) เสริมสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการปฏิบัติบนฐานหลักฐาน ทั้งหมดนี้สะท้อน “นโยบายที่มีชีวิต” ที่สร้างการเรียนรู้ที่เปิดกว้างและใช้ได้จริงให้ชุมชนและวิชาชีพ
พลังของนโยบายเกิดขึ้นเมื่อมัน “สร้างทาง” ให้ผู้คน SPU แปรถ้อยคำให้เป็น “ประตูที่เปิด” เพื่อให้ผู้เรียน ครู และมืออาชีพ อัปสกิล รีสกิล และก้าวนำโลกที่เปลี่ยนเร็ว
