Sripatum University’s Policy on Promoting and Supporting Lifelong Learning (No. 99/2565) treats learning as a right, not a privilege. In the 2025–26 academic year, more than 700 talks, training sessions and outreach activities open to people outside SPU showed how inclusive lifelong learning works in practice.
The policy commits SPU to open, equal access regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, migration status, gender or age. It also opens academic services, e-Learning, library resources and hybrid learning to anyone outside the university. The Centre for Research Promotion and Quality Assurance oversees the policy and reviews it through the annual quality assurance cycle.
In the 2025–26 academic year, faculties and campuses reported more than 700 talks, training sessions and outreach activities open to external participants. Free SPU MOOC courses also let anyone learn online at their own pace. At CEO TALK #107 (7 September 2025), the Graduate College of Management filled a hall with members of the public for a talk on “Likability”, a human skill AI cannot replace. At ACC SPU AI Check-in (12 March 2026), the School of Accountancy took digital-accounting and AI skills to young people supported by a personal-development foundation.
The GreenTech Gen Z Challenge 2026 (12 March 2026) saw the School of Information Technology invite secondary-school teams to build AI ideas for environmental problems, with feedback from expert judges. In “Senior Teaching Junior” (July 2026), Business English and Business Chinese students at the Chonburi campus ran language learning stations for pupils at Chonburi Sukhabot School.
Learning is a right, not a privilege.
These activities bring up-to-date knowledge to people who are not enrolled at SPU, from school pupils to working adults. They reflect SDG target 4.3 on equal access to education and SPU’s mission to be a lifelong-learning hub for all ages. They also support the Alpha Ready Roadmap’s Lifelong Learning Platform, which links credit banking, micro-credentials and e-Learning.
SPU will keep widening flexible, low-barrier pathways into learning, so that anyone can keep growing at any stage of life.

มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมยึดนโยบายการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (ปก.มศป.99/2565) เปิดพื้นที่เรียนรู้ให้ทุกคน โดยไม่เลือกปฏิบัติด้วยเหตุชาติพันธุ์ ศาสนา ความพิการ การย้ายถิ่นฐาน เพศ หรืออายุ นโยบายนี้เปิดบริการวิชาการ ระบบ e-Learning ห้องสมุด และการเรียนแบบไฮบริดให้บุคคลภายนอกเข้าถึงได้ มีศูนย์ส่งเสริมการวิจัยและการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาเป็นผู้กำกับดูแล และทบทวนผ่านรอบการประกันคุณภาพประจำปี
ในปีการศึกษา 2568 คณะและวิทยาเขตรายงานกิจกรรมเวทีความรู้ การอบรม และการบริการวิชาการที่เปิดให้บุคคลภายนอกเข้าร่วมมากกว่า 700 กิจกรรม นอกจากนี้ยังมีหลักสูตร SPU MOOC ที่ทุกคนเรียนออนไลน์ได้ฟรี ตัวอย่างโครงการเด่น ได้แก่ CEO TALK ครั้งที่ 107 (7 ก.ย. 2568) ที่วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการจัดหัวข้อ “Likability” ทักษะมนุษย์ที่ AI ทดแทนไม่ได้ ให้ประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าร่วมเต็มห้องประชุม และ ACC SPU AI Check-in (12 มี.ค. 2569) ที่คณะบัญชีนำความรู้ด้าน IT และ AI สำหรับนักบัญชียุคดิจิทัลไปถ่ายทอดให้เยาวชนที่มูลนิธิส่งเสริมการพัฒนาบุคคล
ส่วน SPU GreenTech Gen Z Challenge 2026 (12 มี.ค. 2569) คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเปิดเวทีให้ทีมนักเรียนมัธยมพัฒนาไอเดีย AI แก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม และรับคำแนะนำจากกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และใน โครงการพี่สอนน้อง (ก.ค. 2569) นักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนสื่อสารธุรกิจ วิทยาเขตชลบุรี จัดฐานกิจกรรมภาษาให้นักเรียนโรงเรียนชลบุรี “สุขบท”
กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ทำให้ผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นนักศึกษา ตั้งแต่นักเรียนจนถึงคนทำงาน เข้าถึงความรู้ทันสมัยได้จริง สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย SDG 4.3 ด้านการเข้าถึงการศึกษาอย่างเท่าเทียม และพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับทุกช่วงวัย รวมทั้งแผน Alpha Ready Roadmap ที่วางระบบ Lifelong Learning Platform เชื่อมธนาคารหน่วยกิต Micro-credential และ e-Learning
เพื่อให้ทุกคนเติบโตได้ในทุกช่วงของชีวิต
