From the University Council to every student, Sripatum University sets clear principles for honest conduct. An independent ethics committee and protection for whistleblowers back those principles up.
Sripatum University (SPU) treats integrity as a shared duty, not a slogan. In 2026 the University Council issued a single Code of Ethics that applies to council members, executives, academics, support staff and students alike. It requires every member of the SPU community to be honest, to avoid any form of corruption or improper benefit, and never to use a position for personal gain. In student recruitment, staff and overseas agents sign a code of conduct that bans bribery and conflicts of interest. Fraud or any illegal activity leads to immediate termination of an agent’s contract.
The principles come with working safeguards. An Ethics Protection Committee, chaired by an academic representative appointed by the University Council, promotes the code, investigates complaints and decides on alleged breaches. It reports to the Council every year. SPU’s rules on staff investigations, reviewed in 2022, protect the rights of people who report wrongdoing, so concerns can be raised safely.
Across the year, the university turned these principles into learning. The Sripatum Law Centre, Faculty of Law, opened a public forum on good governance and preventing corruption in public procurement, with speakers from the National Anti-Corruption Commission and the Comptroller General’s Department. The Graduate College of Management’s CEO Talk 120 explored honesty and ethical leadership with school administrators and the public. The Faculty of Accountancy strengthened digital internal audit skills, and film students won an honourable mention for “Cyber 1212”, a short film on resisting corruption in the digital age.
At SPU, integrity is built into how the university is governed, how it teaches and how it recruits.
These efforts support SPU’s Alpha Ready Roadmap by building leaders who are capable and trustworthy. They also contribute to peace, justice and strong institutions by strengthening transparent, accountable governance in Thai society. Students, staff and partners are invited to uphold the code in their daily work and to speak up when something is wrong.
At SPU, integrity is built into how the university is governed, how it teaches and how it recruits. That makes Sripatum a place where trust is earned every day, and where graduates leave ready to lead honest institutions.

ศรีปทุมยึดมั่นความซื่อสัตย์ ประกาศประมวลจริยธรรมทั้งองค์กร ต้านทุจริตและการให้สินบน
ตั้งแต่สภามหาวิทยาลัยถึงนักศึกษาทุกคน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมวางหลักการประพฤติอย่างสุจริตที่ชัดเจน พร้อมคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองจริยธรรมและการคุ้มครองผู้แจ้งเบาะแส มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ถือว่าความซื่อสัตย์เป็นหน้าที่ร่วมกันของทุกคน ไม่ใช่เพียงคำขวัญ และได้วางทั้งหลักการและกลไกเพื่อป้องกันการทุจริตอย่างเป็นระบบ
ในปี 2569 สภามหาวิทยาลัยได้ออกข้อบังคับว่าด้วยประมวลจริยธรรมฉบับรวม ใช้กับนายกสภาและกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้เรียน ข้อบังคับนี้กำหนดให้ทุกคนซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ไม่ทุจริตหรือประพฤติมิชอบ ไม่แสวงหาผลประโยชน์โดยมิชอบ และไม่ใช้ตำแหน่งหน้าที่หาประโยชน์ส่วนตน ด้านการรับนักศึกษา เจ้าหน้าที่และตัวแทนรับสมัครต่างประเทศต้องลงนามรับรองจรรยาบรรณที่ห้ามการให้สินบนและผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน หากพบการฉ้อโกงหรือการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย มหาวิทยาลัยจะยุติสัญญาทันที
หลักการเหล่านี้มีกลไกรองรับจริง คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองจริยธรรมมีประธานเป็นผู้แทนคณาจารย์ที่สภามหาวิทยาลัยแต่งตั้ง ทำหน้าที่ส่งเสริมให้ทุกคนรักษาจริยธรรม ตรวจสอบข้อร้องเรียน และวินิจฉัยกรณีถูกกล่าวหา โดยรายงานผลต่อสภามหาวิทยาลัยทุกปี นอกจากนี้ ประกาศว่าด้วยการสอบสวนผู้ปฏิบัติงานและการปกป้องสิทธิ์ผู้แจ้ง ซึ่งผ่านการทบทวนในปี 2565 ช่วยให้ผู้แจ้งเบาะแสได้รับการคุ้มครอง
มหาวิทยาลัยยังนำหลักการไปสู่การเรียนรู้ตลอดปี ศูนย์กฎหมายศรีปทุม คณะนิติศาสตร์ เปิดเวทีเสริมสร้างธรรมาภิบาลและป้องกันการทุจริตในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ โดยมีวิทยากรจากสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และกรมบัญชีกลาง วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตศึกษาด้านการจัดการจัด CEO Talk ครั้งที่ 120 ว่าด้วยธรรมาภิบาลและความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา คณะบัญชียกระดับทักษะการตรวจสอบภายในด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และทีม Langkha Film คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ คว้ารางวัลชมเชยจากภาพยนตร์สั้น “Cyber 1212” หัวข้อ “แกร่งสู้โกง”
ที่ศรีปทุม ความซื่อสัตย์ถูกวางไว้ในทุกระดับ ทั้งการบริหาร การสอน และการรับนักศึกษา
ทั้งหมดนี้สอดคล้องกับแผน Alpha Ready Roadmap ในการสร้างผู้นำที่ทั้งเก่งและไว้วางใจได้ และสนับสนุนเป้าหมายด้านสันติภาพ ความยุติธรรม และสถาบันที่เข้มแข็ง
