วันศุกร์ที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดงานพิธีกตเวทิตาคุณรำลึก ดร.สุข พุคยาภรณ์ ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อระลึกถึงคุณงามความดีของผู้ก่อตั้งมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งจัดพิธีมอบรางวัลเกียรติยศ ดร.สุข พุคยาภรณ์ ให้แก่บุคลากรผู้มีจริยวัตรอันดีงาม สอดคล้องกับคุณลักษณะเด่น 5 ประการ ได้แก่ ความมานะอุตสาหะ ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ความกตัญญู ความพอเพียง และความมีเมตตาธรรม
ในปีนี้ มีบุคลากรที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกและได้รับรางวัลเกียรติยศจำนวน 5 ท่าน ครอบคลุมในทุกระดับการปฏิบัติงานอย่างเท่าเทียม ได้แก่ นางสุรณียพร อนันสานิกรณ์ (ประเภทผู้บริหาร) นางสาวพิมพ์ชนก ชาญวิชิต (ประเภทอาจารย์ประจำที่มีการสอน) นายศุภชัย ตันติฤทธิพร และนางสาวสุพรรณิการ์ สิงห์ชู (ประเภทเจ้าหน้าที่) และนายวีระ ขุนภิรมย์ (ประเภทพนักงาน) ซึ่งผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกคนจะได้รับเกียรติบัตร เงินรางวัล และได้รับการจดบันทึกประวัติผลงานในจดหมายเหตุประวัติศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย

นอกจากนี้ การดูแลและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้แก่คนทำงานยังเป็นการสนับสนุนเป้าหมาย SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth ผ่านกรอบการทำงาน 8.2 Employment practice ในระดับ 8.2.3 Employment policy on discrimination ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ยุติธรรม เคารพสิทธิ และส่งเสริมการทำงานที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับบุคลากรทุกฝ่าย ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว การยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบยังเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างสถาบันที่โปร่งใสและแข็งแกร่งตามเป้าหมาย SDG 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions ผ่านโครงสร้าง 16.2 University governance measures โดยเชื่อมโยงกับ 16.2.3 Identify and engage with local stakeholders ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงการรับฟังและให้ความสำคัญกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายในองค์กรอย่างแท้จริง
