Q : ฝึกสหกิจไกลถึงญี่ปุ่นได้ยังไง?
A : พี่อยากไปฝึกสหกิจที่ญี่ปุ่นตั้งแต่แรกแล้ว และพอได้ฟังบริษัท Lopia มาเล่าในคลาสเรียน ก็รู้สึกว่าโอกาสนี้ตรงกับสิ่งที่พี่อยากทำ เลยส่งเรซูเม่ไปสมัครสัมภาษณ์ ระหว่างเตรียมตัวอาจารย์ Aki Takahashi ก็ให้คำแนะนำดีๆ จนผ่านสัมภาษณ์ได้แบบสบายๆ แล้วก็ได้โอกาสฝึกสหกิจที่ญี่ปุ่นนี้มาค่ะ
Q : SPU เตรียมอะไรให้ก่อนฝึกสหกิจศึกษา?
A : ที่ SPU ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมหลายอย่างเลยค่ะ หลักๆ คือเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมการทำงานของบริษัทญี่ปุ่น และวิธีการทำงานของคนญี่ปุ่น เพื่อให้เราปรับตัวได้จริงตอนฝึกสหกิจศึกษา นอกจากนี้ยังได้ฝึกทักษะฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน เพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นใจก่อนบินไปฝึกสหกิจศึกษาด้วยค่ะ
Q : ก่อนไปญี่ปุ่นเตรียมตัวยังไงบ้าง?
A : เรื่องภาษากับวัฒนธรรม เราได้เรียนในรายวิชาของสาขาอยู่แล้วค่ะ แต่จะทบทวนบ่อยๆ เพื่อให้จำแม่น ส่วนทักษะการทำงาน ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทงานที่ต้องทำ เราจะหาหนังสือภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่เกี่ยวกับทักษะนั้นมาอ่านเลย ไม่มีแปลไทย เพื่อฝึกทั้งความรู้และภาษาค่ะ
Q : รู้สึกยังไงที่จะได้ไปฝึกสหกิจจริงๆ?
A : ตื่นเต้นมากค่ะ แอบกดดันนิดหน่อย แต่เป็นกดดันในทางที่ดี เพราะการไปทำงานจริงไม่เหมือนเที่ยวแน่นอน มีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบรออยู่ แต่ก็เป็นประสบการณ์ที่หาได้ยากมากๆ เลยตั้งตารออย่างใจจดใจจ่อเลยค่ะ
Q : อยากบอกอะไรกับน้อง ๆ ที่อยากไปโกอินเตอร์บ้าง?
A : ถ้าได้โอกาสแล้ว อย่าลังเลนะคะ รีบคว้าไว้เลย เพราะทุกประสบการณ์ไม่ว่าจะดีหรือท้าทาย ล้วนมีค่ามาก และจะเป็นสิ่งที่หาไม่ได้จากที่ไหนแน่นอนค่ะ

Q : What made you want to do an internship abroad?
A : I have always wanted to experience different cultures firsthand, and an internship abroad seemed like the perfect way to do that while gaining practical skills. Plus, stepping out of my comfort zone helped me grow. I had to adapt quickly and become more independent.
Q : How did your lecturer support you during the internship application process?
A : My lecturer was actually a huge help! She involved me in different projects, which really built up my skills. When she found out I was applying for an administrative internship, she encouraged me and said she believed I could do well. That confidence boost meant a lot—sometimes, you just need someone to remind you that you’re capable.
Q : What skills did you improve the most during your international internship?
A : Definitely communication and problem-solving. Since I was working with people from different backgrounds, I had to learn how to express my ideas clearly and adjust my communication style. And when unexpected challenges came up—which happened a lot—I became way more resourceful. Instead of panicking, I’d think, “Okay, how can I figure this out?”
Q : What challenges or obstacles did you face, and how did you overcome them?
A : Initially, I hesitated to ask questions since everyone was busy. But by taking initiative to help with small tasks, I built trust with colleagues who then became more willing to guide me.
Q : How has this experience changed your perspective on your future and career goals?
A : It transformed my focus from seeking stability to valuing growth. The internship boosted my confidence – I now see challenges as opportunities to improve and am more open to new experiences.
