Gender-disaggregated cohort data, early follow-up by advisors and practical support schemes help women and men complete their degrees on equal terms.
Getting into university is only the first step; finishing a degree is where equity is really tested. Sripatum University (SPU) treats gender parity in completion as something to measure, not assume. Registrar records held in the Sripatum Campus Management System (SCMS) flow into a Business Intelligence (BI) platform that follows each intake from enrolment to graduation. These cohort analyses compare women’s and men’s retention, attrition, time to completion and graduation rates by programme, and they are presented as reports and dashboards for decisions at university and faculty levels.
The data does not sit on a shelf. The Office of the Registrar reviews the BI reports and presents them at University Executive Meetings, then passes the findings to deans, academic advisors and research supervisors so they can follow up early. Advisors work through the e-Advisor platform, and in academic year 2025 SPU honoured outstanding advisors who guide students through learning, campus life and career preparation. Other support is open to every student who needs it. On 22 July 2026, SPU Chonburi ran online foundation English and maths sessions to narrow knowledge gaps for first-year students. Digital Media seniors led peer-to-peer workshops for freshmen. The Wellness Counseling Center’s Women’s Mentoring Scheme gives female students a safe space for advice and peer support. A flexible tuition instalment option in SCMS helps students under financial pressure stay enrolled.
SPU treats gender parity in completion as something to measure, not assume.
Because the same BI views are used to check whether these supports are working, SPU can direct help to the students and programmes that need it most while protecting individual privacy. The approach reflects the “Support and Push” principle of SPU’s Alpha Ready Reinventing Roadmap, and it strengthens women’s educational attainment in line with the global goals on gender equality and quality education. The next step is to make gender-gap indicators a standard item in every faculty’s annual review.
At SPU, graduation equity is managed, not hoped for. By watching the data closely and acting early, the university aims to ensure that every woman who starts a degree has the same real chance to finish it.

การได้เข้ามหาวิทยาลัยเป็นเพียงก้าวแรก ความเท่าเทียมที่แท้จริงวัดกันที่การเรียนจบ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) จึงใช้ข้อมูลติดตามโอกาสสำเร็จการศึกษาของนักศึกษาหญิงเทียบกับนักศึกษาชายอย่างต่อเนื่อง แทนการคาดเดา
ข้อมูลทะเบียนในระบบ Sripatum Campus Management System (SCMS) เชื่อมเข้าสู่ระบบ Business Intelligence (BI) ซึ่งติดตามนักศึกษาแต่ละรุ่นตั้งแต่แรกเข้าจนสำเร็จการศึกษา ระบบวิเคราะห์อัตราคงอยู่ อัตราออกกลางคัน ระยะเวลาสำเร็จการศึกษา และอัตราสำเร็จการศึกษา แยกตามเพศและหลักสูตร ผลการวิเคราะห์แสดงเป็นรายงานและแดชบอร์ดเพื่อใช้ตัดสินใจทั้งระดับมหาวิทยาลัยและระดับคณะ
สำนักงานทะเบียนทบทวนรายงาน BI และนำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย จากนั้นส่งต่อข้อมูลให้คณบดี อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ เพื่อติดตามดูแลนักศึกษาได้ทันเวลา อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทำงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม e-Advisor และในปีการศึกษา 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยได้เชิดชูอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาดีเด่นที่ดูแลนักศึกษาทั้งด้านการเรียน การใช้ชีวิต และการเตรียมพร้อมสู่อาชีพ
มหาวิทยาลัยยังมีมาตรการสนับสนุนที่เปิดให้นักศึกษาทุกเพศ ดังนี้
- วันที่ 22 ก.ค. 2569 วิทยาเขตชลบุรีจัดกิจกรรมปรับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษและคณิตศาสตร์แบบออนไลน์ให้นักศึกษาปี 1 เพื่อลดช่องว่างความรู้พื้นฐาน
- รุ่นพี่คณะดิจิทัลมีเดียจัด Peer-to-Peer Workshop เตรียมความพร้อมให้รุ่นน้อง
- ศูนย์สุขภาวะดำเนินโครงการพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาหญิง (Women’s Mentoring Scheme) เป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับขอคำปรึกษาและสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อน
- มาตรการผ่อนชำระค่าเล่าเรียนผ่าน SCMS ช่วยให้นักศึกษาที่มีภาระทางการเงินเรียนต่อได้ไม่สะดุด
ความเท่าเทียมที่แท้จริงวัดกันที่การเรียนจบ
มหาวิทยาลัยใช้ BI ชุดเดียวกันติดตามว่ามาตรการเหล่านี้ได้ผลหรือไม่ จึงส่งความช่วยเหลือไปยังนักศึกษาและหลักสูตรที่ต้องการมากที่สุดได้ตรงจุด โดยคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปพร้อมกัน แนวทางนี้สอดคล้องกับหลัก “ส่งเสริมผลักดัน” ในแผน Alpha Ready Reinventing Roadmap ของมหาวิทยาลัย และสนับสนุนเป้าหมายความเสมอภาคทางเพศและการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ก้าวต่อไปคือการบรรจุตัวชี้วัดช่องว่างระหว่างเพศให้เป็นหัวข้อมาตรฐานในการทบทวนประจำปีของทุกคณะ
ที่ศรีปทุม ความเท่าเทียมในการเรียนจบเกิดจากการบริหารจัดการ ไม่ได้ปล่อยให้เป็นเรื่องของโชค มหาวิทยาลัยเฝ้าดูข้อมูลอย่างใกล้ชิดและลงมือแต่เนิ่น ๆ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาหญิงทุกคนที่เริ่มต้นเรียนมีโอกาสเรียนจบอย่างแท้จริง
