Sripatum University takes its expertise in law, technology and engineering directly to the people who write and carry out public policy.
Strong institutions need well-informed decision-makers. Through its academic service mission and its role as a lifelong learning hub under the Alpha Ready Roadmap, Sripatum University (SPU) works with legislators, government agencies and local administrations. The aim is to help them understand emerging issues, use technology responsibly and apply the law with integrity.
In 2025–2026, this outreach reached many levels of government. The Digital Arts programme of the Faculty of Digital Media met a Senate sub-committee on creative arts and shared guidance on promoting Thai digital art, protecting copyright in digital works and growing the creative economy. The Faculty of Information Technology partnered with the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA) to run the national DGA101 course over three cohorts, where officials from multiple agencies practised digital tools, secure data management and digital collaboration. SPU lecturers led “AI for Tax Officer Work Operation” for executives and officers of Revenue Department Region 1, ending with a panel on AI risk, security and governance. An IT lecturer trained Department of Corrections officers in responsible AI, and Business Administration lecturers and students coached Chum Saeng Subdistrict Municipality staff in AI-assisted public communication.
On law and governance, the Sripatum Law Center offered an Administrative Law certificate programme taught by Supreme Administrative Court judges, and convened forums for government personnel on public procurement law and anti-corruption. On disaster resilience, SPU engineers presented seismic retrofit guidance to the Mae Lao Subdistrict Municipal Council. The International College trained Erawan National Park staff in professional English for environmental tourism.

By sharing knowledge with the people who make laws and run public services, SPU helps build transparent, capable and digitally ready institutions. The university will keep widening these partnerships so that academic expertise reaches the policy table.

ในปี 2568–2569 สาขาดิจิทัลอาร์ตส์ คณะดิจิทัลมีเดีย ร่วมหารือกับคณะอนุกรรมาธิการด้านศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ วุฒิสภา และเสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมศิลปกรรมดิจิทัลไทย การคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์ผลงานดิจิทัล และการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์
คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศร่วมกับสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรภาครัฐด้านดิจิทัล (DGA) จัดหลักสูตร DGA101 สามรุ่น ให้ข้าราชการและบุคลากรภาครัฐจากหลายหน่วยงานฝึกใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัล บริหารข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัย และทำงานร่วมกันผ่านระบบดิจิทัล คณาจารย์ SPU จัดเวิร์กช็อป “AI for Tax Officer Work Operation” ให้ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 1 พร้อมเสวนาเรื่องความเสี่ยงและธรรมาภิบาล AI อาจารย์คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอบรมการใช้ AI อย่างรับผิดชอบแก่บุคลากรกรมราชทัณฑ์ และคณะบริหารธุรกิจถ่ายทอดทักษะ AI เพื่อการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์แก่เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบลชุมแสง จ.ระยอง
ด้านกฎหมายและธรรมาภิบาล ศูนย์กฎหมายศรีปทุม คณะนิติศาสตร์ เปิดหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรกฎหมายปกครองที่สอนโดยตุลาการศาลปกครองสูงสุด และจัดเวทีให้ความรู้ พ.ร.บ.การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างฯ และการป้องกันการทุจริตแก่ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรภาครัฐ ด้านการรับมือภัยพิบัติ คณาจารย์วิศวกรรมศาสตร์นำเสนอแนวทางเสริมกำลังอาคารต้านแผ่นดินไหวต่อสภาเทศบาลตำบลแม่ลาว จ.เชียงราย และวิทยาลัยนานาชาติจัดเวิร์กช็อปภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการทำงานด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศให้บุคลากรอุทยานแห่งชาติเอราวัณ

SPU จะขยายความร่วมมือเหล่านี้ต่อไป เพื่อให้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาการไปถึงโต๊ะการตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบาย สู่สถาบันสาธารณะที่โปร่งใส มีขีดความสามารถ และพร้อมรับยุคดิจิทัล
