Free courses with certificates: SPU MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) and SPU Online short courses allow open registration for the general public; participants who complete modules receive digital certificates that recognize learning outcomes.
Free access to facilities and equipment: By approved request, partner schools and community groups use SPU computers, licensed creative software, engineering labs, and media studios for hands-on workshops—at no charge—supported by expert staff.
Free digital resources for everyone: The SPU Library institutional repository provides open theses, papers, and textbooks; SPU NEXT on YouTube offers recorded lectures and workshops; ENSET-SME publishes practical toolkits. Together, these provisions remove tuition and membership barriers and sustain year-round, public access to learning.
