The event, “Decoding PDPA: Secure Data Management for Businesses,” held at SPU’s main campus, brought together leaders from Thailand’s PDPA Association, cybersecurity experts, and legal professionals to explore data protection laws. The discussions provided a critical opportunity for participants to share diverse perspectives on digital rights, data management, and the legal implications of data privacy. This aligns with SDG 16.3’s focus on access to justice and SDG 4’s commitment to promoting lifelong learning, as it helped attendees, including SPU students, understand evolving legal standards.

SPU จัดเวทีเสวนาเป็นกลางด้านความปลอดภัยข้อมูล ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนที่ครอบคลุมและเสริมสร้างความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย
ในปี 2565 มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ได้จัดเวทีเสวนาที่เป็นกลางเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทางการเมืองและธุรกิจได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านข้อมูลตามกฎหมาย PDPA ของไทย โดยเวทีนี้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย SDG 16.3.4 ของการจัดสถานที่ปลอดภัยและเป็นกลางเพื่อการอภิปรายเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าร่วมได้ ข้อมูลหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับการจัดเวทีนี้มีการเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะเพื่อยืนยันถึงความโปร่งใสและเสรีภาพทางวิชาการที่ SPU ส่งเสริม
กิจกรรมเสวนา “ถอดรหัส PDPA: การจัดการข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับธุรกิจ” จัดขึ้น ณ วิทยาเขตหลักของ SPU ได้เชิญผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสมาคม PDPA ของไทย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และนักกฎหมายมาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การเสวนาครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมที่มีความคิดเห็นที่หลากหลายได้อภิปรายเกี่ยวกับสิทธิทางดิจิทัล การจัดการข้อมูล และความสำคัญทางกฎหมายของการคุ้มครองข้อมูล สอดคล้องกับ SDG 16.3 ที่เน้นการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมและ SDG 4 ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ตระหนักถึงมาตรฐานทางกฎหมายที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
