Every application tells a story. At Sripatum University, gender data is not filed away; it is read, discussed and turned into action so that more women can step through the university’s doors.
Equal access to higher education starts with knowing who applies, who is admitted and who actually enrols. Sripatum University (SPU) builds this knowledge into its daily operations. Within the Sripatum Campus Management System (SCMS), the single platform connecting students, guardians, faculty and executives, each applicant and entrant record includes a gender field. These records flow into Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that break down applications and entries by faculty, programme, intake round and study mode, giving the university a clear picture of women’s participation at every stage of admission.
Tracking is a shared routine rather than a one-off report. The Office of Admissions and the Office of the Registrar review the gender-disaggregated views throughout each admission cycle. BI reports are presented at University Executive Meetings, then passed to deans and academic advisors, who can act at programme level. Cohort analysis follows each intake from first registration through to graduation, linking access to student success. When the numbers point to a gap, for example lower participation by women in a particular field, the data informs targeted outreach, scholarship information and first-year support. Welcome activities such as FRESHY DAY 2569, run with the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, help new students of every gender feel safe and supported from their first day.
By making gender gaps visible early, SPU can respond before inequality takes root.
This data-led approach reflects SPU’s commitment to gender equality and quality education and supports the student-centred direction of the university’s Alpha Ready Roadmap. Next, the university will continue strengthening its dashboards and sharing insights more widely with faculties to support evidence-based admission planning.
At SPU, tracking women’s access is more than counting numbers; it is a continuous commitment to make sure every woman who wants to learn has a fair path from application to enrolment.

จากใบสมัครสู่การเข้าศึกษา: ม.ศรีปทุมติดตามการเข้าถึงอุดมศึกษาของผู้หญิงด้วยข้อมูลจำแนกตามเพศ
ทุกใบสมัครมีเรื่องราว ที่ ม.ศรีปทุม ข้อมูลเพศไม่ได้ถูกเก็บไว้เฉย ๆ แต่ถูกอ่าน วิเคราะห์ และแปลงเป็นการลงมือทำ เพื่อเปิดประตูอุดมศึกษาให้ผู้หญิงมากขึ้น
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมติดตามอัตราการสมัครและการเข้าศึกษาของผู้หญิงอย่างเป็นระบบ ผ่านระบบ SCMS และแดชบอร์ด BI เพื่อให้มองเห็นช่องว่างได้เร็วและตอบสนองได้ทันเวลา
ความเท่าเทียมในการเข้าถึงอุดมศึกษาเริ่มจากการรู้ว่าใครสมัคร ใครได้รับเข้า และใครเข้าศึกษาจริง มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมจึงฝังการติดตามนี้ไว้ในงานประจำ ระบบ SCMS (Sripatum Campus Management System) ซึ่งเชื่อมนักศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง คณาจารย์ และผู้บริหารไว้บนแพลตฟอร์มเดียว บันทึกข้อมูลเพศของผู้สมัครและผู้เข้าศึกษาทุกราย ข้อมูลนี้เชื่อมสู่แดชบอร์ด BI ที่แยกตามคณะ หลักสูตร รอบรับสมัคร และรูปแบบการเรียน
การติดตามเป็นงานต่อเนื่อง ไม่ใช่รายงานครั้งเดียว สำนักงานรับสมัครและสำนักงานทะเบียนทบทวนข้อมูลจำแนกตามเพศตลอดรอบการรับสมัคร รายงาน BI ถูกนำเสนอในที่ประชุมผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย และส่งต่อถึงคณบดีและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเพื่อดำเนินการในระดับหลักสูตร นอกจากนี้ยังมีการวิเคราะห์รายรุ่นตั้งแต่ลงทะเบียนแรกเข้าจนสำเร็จการศึกษา
เมื่อข้อมูลชี้ว่ามีช่องว่าง เช่น สัดส่วนผู้หญิงในบางสาขายังน้อย มหาวิทยาลัยจะใช้ข้อมูลนั้นวางแผนประชาสัมพันธ์เชิงรุก การแนะนำทุน และการดูแลนักศึกษาปีหนึ่ง กิจกรรมต้อนรับอย่าง FRESHY DAY 2569 ที่จัดร่วมกับสมาคมฟ้าสีรุ้งแห่งประเทศไทย ช่วยให้นักศึกษาใหม่ทุกเพศรู้สึกปลอดภัยและได้รับการสนับสนุนตั้งแต่วันแรก
มองเห็นช่องว่างได้เร็ว และตอบสนองได้ทันเวลา
แนวทางนี้สะท้อนพันธกิจด้านความเท่าเทียมทางเพศและการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ และสอดรับกับทิศทาง Alpha Ready Roadmap ที่ยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ก้าวต่อไป มหาวิทยาลัยจะพัฒนาแดชบอร์ดให้ละเอียดขึ้นและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเชิงลึกให้คณะใช้วางแผนการรับนักศึกษาอย่างมีหลักฐานรองรับ
สำหรับ ม.ศรีปทุม การติดตามการเข้าถึงของผู้หญิงไม่ใช่แค่การนับตัวเลข แต่คือความตั้งใจต่อเนื่องที่จะทำให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนที่อยากเรียนมีเส้นทางที่เป็นธรรม ตั้งแต่ใบสมัครจนถึงวันแรกในมหาวิทยาลัย
