SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) ผ่าน sub-goal SDG 17.2 (Relationships to support the goals) และ sub-of-sub-goal SDG 17.2.1 (Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy) ในการผสานพลังระหว่างหน่วยงานเพื่อขับเคลื่อนนโยบายส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาในระดับประเทศ

Subject: Streamlining Financial Access: Sripatum University Collaborates with Krungthai Bank for Student Loan Recipients
Headline: Simplifying financial onboarding for seamless educational access: Sripatum University and Krungthai Bank partner to provide on-campus bank account opening services for Cohort 69 student loan applicants
Educational equity begins not just with offering opportunities, but with removing systemic barriers so that every student can access those opportunities seamlessly. On June 15–16, 2026, from 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM at Building 1, 1st Floor (in front of the Student Financial Aid Office), Sripatum University, the Student Financial Aid Office collaborated with Krungthai Bank to provide on-site online bank account opening services for Cohort 69 student loan applicants, requiring only an original national ID card.
Opening a Krungthai Bank account is a vital prerequisite for finalizing Student Loan Fund (SLF) contracts and facilitating living allowance transfers. Bringing banking operations directly onto campus eliminates travel burdens and complex steps for students while strengthening institutional support infrastructure. This proactive initiative embodies SDG 1 (No Poverty), specifically sub-goal SDG 1.2 (Proportion of students receiving financial aid to attend university because of poverty) and sub-of-sub-goal SDG 1.2.1 (Low income students receiving financial aid data tracking) by establishing systematic tracking and welfare management for financial aid recipients.
Furthermore, streamlining this onboarding process minimizes documentation errors, ensuring swift loan approvals and timely fund disbursements. These practical measures align with sub-goal SDG 1.3 (University anti-poverty programmes) and sub-of-sub-goal SDG 1.3.4 (Bottom financial quintile student support programmes), which focus on deploying operational support programs to empower financially vulnerable students toward successful degree completion.
This strategic alignment between a higher education institution and a state banking entity exemplifies SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), particularly sub-goal SDG 17.2 (Relationships to support the goals) and sub-of-sub-goal SDG 17.2.1 (Relationships with regional NGOs and government for SDG policy), demonstrating how cross-sectoral partnerships strengthen public educational policies.
Sripatum University remains dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers every student to pursue their academic aspirations without financial delay.
