What happens when classrooms open their doors to the world? At SPU, learning spills into neighborhoods, workplaces, and public spaces—bringing sustainability skills to alumni, local residents, and youth.
Throughout 2024, SPU scaled community learning that makes sustainability practical. The School of Accountancy delivered CPD workshops for alumni and professionals on financial reporting standards, digital-age auditing, and hands-on data analytics—bridging academic expertise with industry needs.
Across Bangkok’s Bang Bua community, accounting students ran “P’Pha Len” board-game sessions to build financial literacy with local children and families—turning play into purpose. SPU Law mobilized volunteers for temple-area improvements and pro bono service, while staging field learning that demystified justice and civic responsibility for the public.
SPU’s creative and tech faculties took SDG learning further. Digital Media students showcased sustainable creative IP to public audiences; Informatics teamed with industry to run a Generative AI challenge for high-schoolers; and the College of Aviation and Transportation opened drone-safety and emergency-response seminars to students and visitors. Each activity shares one goal: lifelong, inclusive learning that strengthens communities and careers.
By pairing expert teaching with open doors, SPU turns sustainability from a syllabus into shared capability—so alumni, residents, and young learners can shape a fairer, greener future together.

ในชุมชนบางบัว นักศึกษาบัญชีจัดกิจกรรมบอร์ดเกม “พี่พาเล่น” เพื่อเสริมทักษะการเงินให้เด็กและครอบครัว—แปลงการเล่นให้เป็นการเรียนรู้เพื่อชีวิต ขณะเดียวกัน คณะนิติศาสตร์ขับเคลื่อนอาสาสมัครเพื่อชุมชนและบริการกฎหมาย พร้อมเปิดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้นอกชั้นเรียนให้สาธารณะเข้าใจความยุติธรรมมากขึ้น
