มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมได้ประกาศนโยบายด้านจริยธรรม (Ethics Policy) และประมวลจริยธรรม (Code of Ethics) เพื่อยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นในการป้องกันการทุจริต การติดสินบน และอาชญากรรมทุกประเภท โดยกำหนดให้คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และผู้บริหารทุกคนปฏิบัติงานด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ ยุติธรรม และมีความรับผิดชอบ ห้ามมิให้มีการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ส่วนตนหรือใช้อำนาจในทางที่ผิด
