Sripatum University (SPU) has formalized its Stakeholder Engagement Policy , defining clear procedures to identify and collaborate with local stakeholders beyond the university. This policy directs all faculties to actively involve community representatives, local government agencies, private enterprises, and civil society organizations in program development, research, and outreach.
Through inclusive mechanisms such as stakeholder mapping, community consultations, and collaborative planning, SPU ensures that local perspectives shape its academic and social initiatives. Faculties are required to record and assess engagement
outcomes to strengthen accountability and continual improvement. This structured, transparent process reinforces mutual trust and supports community development aligned with regional and national priorities.
By embedding stakeholder engagement into its governance system, SPU reaffirms its dedication to participatory leadership and sustainable community partnership—creating long-term value for

การสร้างความไว้วางใจ ความโปร่งใส และความร่วมมือ — SPU เปลี่ยนความสัมพันธ์กับ
ชุมชนท้องถิ่นให้เป็นระบบที่ทุกเสียงมีความหมาย ผ่านนโยบายการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างเป็นทางการ
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ได้จัดทำนโยบาย “การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย” (ปก.มศป.063/2566) เพื่อกำหนดขั้นตอนอย่างชัดเจนในการระบุและทำงานร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในท้องถิ่นภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีการทบทวนในปี 2567 นโยบายนี้กำหนดให้ทุกคณะมีส่วนร่วมกับตัวแทนชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และองค์กรภาคประชาสังคม ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การวิจัย และกิจกรรมบริการวิชาการ
ผ่านกลไกต่าง ๆ เช่น การระบุผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็น และการวางแผนร่วมกัน SPU รับรองว่ามุมมองของท้องถิ่นมีส่วนสำคัญในการกำหนดทิศทางของการพัฒนา ทั้งนี้ ทุกคณะต้องบันทึกผลลัพธ์ของการมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อเสริมความรับผิดชอบและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง กระบวนการที่โปร่งใสและเป็นระบบนี้สร้างความไว้วางใจร่วมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
การบูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเข้ากับระบบการบริหารจัดการของ SPU สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการเป็นผู้นำที่เปิดกว้างและสร้างสรรค์พันธมิตรเพื่อสังคมที่ดีขึ้นร่วมกัน
