Sripatum University delivers a three-pillar approach to women’s access. First, mentoring: female faculty, alumnae, and industry partners lead course-integrated seminars, bootcamps, and leadership pipelines—such as alumna-led inspiration sessions in Accountancy and peer-mentoring structures at SPU Chonburi—providing academic coaching, career guidance, and networks. Second, scholarships: dedicated awards and fee-waiver options prioritise women and applicants from underrepresented regions and low-income backgrounds, including focused support for Thailand’s southern border provinces and international applicants. Third, other provisions: flexible, low-cost short courses, online CPD, and cross-border upskilling (e.g., AI in Accounting, SAP ERP, Data Analytics) reduce time, travel, and caregiving constraints for working women. These initiatives are publicly announced on SPU’s scholarship and faculty webpages with documented cohorts and outcomes.
By combining mentoring, financial support, and flexible learning, SPU turns intent into access—helping more women start, persist, and succeed.
