From AI automation for factory staff to leadership with data for executives, more than 50 short courses brought job-ready skills to learners beyond the campus.
Sripatum University sees lifelong learning as part of its public mission. Under its academic-service policy and the Alpha Ready Roadmap, every faculty opens its expertise, labs and studios to people who are not enrolled at SPU. In academic year 2025/26, this commitment became more than 50 executive and vocational training activities. Some ran as programmed series with successive cohorts. Others were ad-hoc sessions designed with partners from government, industry and the community.
The programmed courses form the backbone:
- BOI STEM++: “AI Automation for Productivity and Data Analytics” opened its first cohort in July 2026, with staff from dozens of companies building automation workflows on their own laptops.
- Executive education: “Leading with Data” with True Digital Academy trained executives and SME owners across two cohorts.
- Public sector: DGA101 courses gave civil servants hands-on digital skills in SPU computer labs over three cohorts.
- New Graduate (Non-degree) certificates: courses in AI, warehouse robotics and Virtual Tour Guide gave workers stackable, recognised credentials.
- Professional development: accountants earned CPD hours, and Chonburi’s Smart Leadership for Industry 5.0 series turned supervisors into data-driven team leaders.
Ad-hoc training answered specific needs:
- AI for Tax Officers: more than 100 Revenue Department officers were coached one-to-one by SPU accounting students.
- AI for women entrepreneurs: women entrepreneurs learned practical AI tools with the Department of Women’s Affairs.
- Electrical safety: industrial workers completed safety training.
- Bakery workshop: Bang Bua School teachers learned commercial skills they can pass on to pupils.
Across these activities, learners leave with skills they can use at work the next day. Participants report higher confidence, organisations gain a more capable workforce, and communities gain new routes to income. The approach reflects the global goal of inclusive, equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.

มหาวิทยาลัยถือว่าการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเป็นพันธกิจต่อสังคม ภายใต้นโยบายการบริการวิชาการและแผน Alpha Ready Roadmap ทุกคณะจึงเปิดความเชี่ยวชาญ ห้องปฏิบัติการ และสตูดิโอ ให้ผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นนักศึกษาได้เข้ามาเรียนรู้

- หลักสูตรผู้บริหาร: “Leading with Data” ร่วมกับ True Digital Academy จัด 2 รุ่น สำหรับผู้บริหารและเจ้าของ SME
- ภาครัฐ: หลักสูตร DGA101 จัด 3 รุ่น ให้ข้าราชการฝึกทักษะดิจิทัลในห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์
- Non-degree บัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่: หลักสูตรด้าน AI หุ่นยนต์ในคลังสินค้า และ Virtual Tour Guide มอบคุณวุฒิที่สะสมต่อยอดได้
- พัฒนาวิชาชีพ: ผู้ทำบัญชีได้รับชั่วโมง CPD และชุด Smart Leadership for Industry 5.0 ที่ชลบุรีพัฒนาหัวหน้างานให้บริหารทีมด้วยข้อมูล

- AI for Tax Officer: นักศึกษาชมรม AI คณะบัญชีประกบสอนเจ้าหน้าที่สรรพากรกว่าร้อยคนแบบตัวต่อตัว
- ผู้ประกอบการสตรี: ฝึกใช้ AI ร่วมกับกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว
- ความปลอดภัยงานไฟฟ้า: ลูกจ้างภาคอุตสาหกรรมได้รับการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย
- เบเกอรี่: ครูโรงเรียนบางบัวฝึกทำเบเกอรี่เพื่อนำไปสอนนักเรียนต่อ
ผู้เรียนมีความมั่นใจในการทำงานมากขึ้น องค์กรได้บุคลากรที่มีสมรรถนะสูงขึ้น และชุมชนมีช่องทางสร้างรายได้ใหม่ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับทุกคน
