Sripatum University International College is proud to share that Dr. Nanthira “Tina” Rodvong, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at SPUIC, participated as a panel speaker during the NYU Stern EMBA 2026/27 Global Immersion Experience in Bangkok, Thailand.
Held at Anantara Siam Bangkok, the programme brought together international executives, business leaders, academics, and professionals for meaningful discussions about Thailand’s business environment, leadership practices, cultural context, and role within the global economy.
During the panel discussion, Dr. Nanthira shared valuable perspectives on conducting business in Thailand, developing effective leadership across cultures, and understanding the social and cultural factors that influence professional decision-making. Her contribution provided participants with deeper insight into the opportunities, challenges, and distinctive characteristics of Thailand’s dynamic business landscape.
The session also created an important space for exchanging real-world experiences and exploring how leaders can operate successfully across different markets and cultural environments. Through open conversation with global industry representatives, participants were able to compare international approaches to management, organisational leadership, communication, and business development.
Dr. Nanthira’s participation reflects SPUIC’s commitment to connecting academic knowledge with global professional practice. It also demonstrates the importance of international engagement in strengthening education, encouraging cross-cultural understanding, and creating opportunities for knowledge exchange between universities and industry leaders.
This meaningful collaboration helped connect Thailand with the international business community while showcasing the expertise and global outlook of SPUIC’s academic leadership. By participating in platforms such as the NYU Stern Global Immersion Experience, SPUIC continues to contribute to conversations that prepare future leaders for an increasingly interconnected and culturally diverse business environment.
The event represented more than a panel discussion—it was an opportunity to build connections, exchange perspectives, and strengthen cooperation between Thailand and the global academic and business communities.
