Sripatum University (SPU) upholds transparency, accountability, and participatory governance through clear institutional mechanisms. Guided by Participation Policy No. SPU 063/2566, the university ensures elected representation from undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and non-faculty staff on its highest governing body.
The Student Association Regulation No. SPU 8/2553 further institutionalizes student participation, establishing the SPU Student Association as an elected body responsible for conveying information, providing recommendations, and offering constructive feedback to university executives and administrators. These frameworks encourage open communication, mutual trust, and shared responsibility in policy formulation and university management.
By integrating elected representation across all groups, SPU builds a governance culture grounded in inclusion and democracy. This structure empowers every sector of the academic community to contribute to SPU’s strategic vision and sustainable institutional development.

SPU เสริมสร้างธรรมาภิบาลแบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วยระบบผู้แทนที่มาจากการเลือกตั้งและผู้นำนักศึกษา
การเปิดพื้นที่ให้เสียงของทุกภาคส่วนได้ร่วมกำหนดทิศทาง มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร ผ่านระบบผู้แทนที่มาจากการเลือกตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการ
SPU ดำเนินงานตาม นโยบายการมีส่วนร่วม ปก.มศป.063/2566 ที่กำหนดให้มีผู้แทนจากทุกกลุ่มในคณะกรรมการบริหารสูงสุดของมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมด้วย ระเบียบสโมสรนักศึกษา ปก.มศป.8/2553 ที่จัดตั้งสโมสรนักศึกษาในฐานะองค์กรที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง เพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล ข้อเสนอแนะ และสะท้อนความคิดเห็นต่อผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างสร้างสรรค์
กรอบนโยบายทั้งสองนี้สร้างวัฒนธรรมการบริหารที่โปร่งใส เชื่อมั่น และรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน ส่งเสริมให้ทุกภาคส่วนมีบทบาทในการกำหนดนโยบายและทิศทางของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืน
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวแสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของ SPU ต่อธรรมาภิบาลแบบประชาธิปไตย ที่เปิดโอกาสให้การตัดสินใจเป็นไปอย่างเท่าเทียม โปร่งใส และสะท้อนเสียงของชุมชนมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างแท้จริง
